TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

If you have been involved in a traffic accident, you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries, damages, and losses. Depending on the circumstances of the case, the source of compensation may be the negligent party's insurance company, their employer's insurance company, and/or the party's assets. Alternatively, the source may be wholly or partly you're own insurance company if the other driver was uninsured or underinsured at the time of the accident.

You normally must report your motor vehicle accident to the California Department of Motor Vehicles within ten (10) days after the date of the accident.
